That can not be correct as TD stated never had any contact whatsoever with SEC.

Not saying impossible , that would be incorrect, it means someone has bad information and is regurgitating misinformed information , or somebody is intentionally lying.

The second quote is a made up story, a lie, and a lie that doesn't even make sense by Ronald Blackburn and the gang of cons. Its not true in any way.

And as for the first... So what...

Treaty has no defense. There is nothing wrong or illegal about supplying the SEC with information about securities fraud. The SEC heavily relies on the public for tips and information as they don't have the resources to watch every stock and scam artist out there. The information the SEC got that was gathered by me was sent to them by some of the many Treaty victims. I have never had any direct communication with the SEC. The information I posted is public and available to all including the SEC. Much of the information I posted was forwarded by others to the SEC because there were links to BACK that information up. The SEC does not just take the word of folks who send them information, the SEC does THEIR OWN investigation and they use the information, tips and leads supplied to them to help in their investigation. The SEC will come to THEIR OWN conclusions based on the results of THEIR investigation.

All the crap that Blackburn and the gang of cons has come up with is just that... Crap. It's what they do... Lie... Their conmen and career criminals and there is a mountain of evidence to BACK that up...
