..Well the effect of Bavituximab that was observed in the combo is due to that DOUBLE activation. It doesn't only block TGF-Beta and incites TGF-Alfa secretion instead so that the Macrophages can do their work, it ALSO blocks IL-10 and incites IL-12 secretion instead and that takes care of the inflammations and maturing of Dendritic cells and lowering MDSC's.
..

CP, one hell of a great post (though only showing one part of that post above...) and touches on a bit of everything that PS Targeting provides (that DOUBLE activation) and summarizes how PS Targeting does it well and does it better than all others.

------------------------------------------------------------

What is going to happen when many groups start to realize that many others will soon be aware that PS Targeting provides a clear path solution to many of the health issues succumbed by millions of people and various chain reactions delivered to family members, insurance companies and society as a whole ??

I believe the results will cause, exactly what CEO Steve King mentioned, PS Targeting will become that household name.

The transforming growth factor-ß (TGFß) superfamily is encoded by 33 genes and includes TGFß, bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) and activins. Although TGFß is well recognized as a crucial regulator of immune responses, the immunoregulatory functions of other TGFß family members are less clear. However, recent evidence suggests that BMPs and activins have important roles in regulating immune responses. In this Review, we briefly outline the signalling pathways of the TGFß superfamily and discuss new insights into the immunoregulatory functions of BMPs and activins in the context of infection, inflammation and cancer.
