Have you heard all the details on the transaction ?

I have not heard any details on this transaction other than the 8k filing.

I will hold off any judgement till I hear or read a SEC Filing.

IMO, the least they could have done with those minority VTCQ shareholders was give them an option to get MCIG shares in lieu of Malecon shares."
