Yes, insiders and Institutional %s are favorite tells
as someone once said 'there are many reasons insiders sell (vacations, divorce, bills etc.), but only one reason they buy. There was a study once that showed that stocks with greater insider buying than selling outperformed the overall market by a good bit.
That being said, you all do realize that we're practically the only people on the World Wide Web talking about SCYX ha ha! Not that means anything, I end up in a lot of those...oh wait, maybe it does mean something. :)
