Your guess is just that, a guess. There is no reason to believe anyone has backed out of anything. I'm sure Words was right and they're waiting on an Agent's License. They have no control over how long regulators take to approve it. On the other hand, for all we know they could be making Rollies today on a limited scale. You don't know what you don't know.
