It isn't the 4% that made me laugh because there are lots of equalizers. Certainly you've heard the old one, "What would you rather have, $1M now or a penny now with the amount doubled every day for 30 days?".
What's funny is that in your scenario, Calm Waters is the only one losing, and as weak as their position is, they're still the strongest people at the table.
