Paul won't even deny this personally. He is a scoundrel. Bubba opinion/prediction of the outcome will probably be on the money as usual. If Paul lies under oath he could go to jail. He knows what he did and so will old and new shareholders here if he tries to sweep this aside. Not try, he will. He signed it. No credibility.
