fuagf -- yes, it was pretty clear that bang was a police action, as they'd told reporters at the scene to expect it -- still no confirmation I've heard here that the parking garage standoff has been resolved, and a report here just now indicating the standoff apparently continues -- and now it (at last) occurs to me that the police may particularly want that suspect alive given the claims he's made of bombs planted 'all over the place'
