Boring, retread arguments... mostly 350Green/CCGI claiming:

"350 Green denies the allegations of Paragraph xx"

"350 Green lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of the allegations of Paragraph XX"

What I did find worthwhile is we finally saw some numbers!

Damages... In excess of $575K
That is in addition to legal fees!
And in addition to punitive damages!

So the case is for over $1M in legal fees and damages... without adding punitive damages!

JNS has incurred to date, and it will in the future continue to incur substantial liability, claim, loss, damage, obligation, cost or expense in an amount totaling in excess of 575.000 arising out of 350 Green's material breach of the APA as a direct consequence of its pursuit of its claim for the damages that it is seeking in count II of this complaint

HARD FACTUAL DATA... not baseless opinions...
