My proof is the head of the FBI Comey. If he says they were classified AT THE TIME THEY WERE SENT OR RECEIVED, I am quite certain they were stamped or marked as such. I don't think the head of the FBI would put his credibility on the line in a matter such as this and call 110 of them classified if they were not noted as such.
