zzz2maro, Ummm, can't get delisted from pinkies. OTC:BB delisting is only for nonreporting/nonfiling. You are thinking of NASDAQ and AMEX where a company must maintain a cap or a SP.
The PR was a warning to shorty and other selling profiteers that they better cover in a hurry because if they don't the next stop is $5.
A pinkie gets delisted because it's below a dollar? This currently is non-reporting pinkie....They are about to become a reporting BB company and yet don't meet any $1.00 minimum standard. Dr. Diwan certainly wasn't trying to ride the coat-tails of ineffective Tamiflu.....I suppose he could have said it works better than chicken soup, does that give a less promotional appearance?
