Isn't Monrovia, CA, a rather strange place to have a biotechnology company headquartered? There are no teaching hospitals close by; Loma Linda is probably the closest. Monrovia is close to Pasadena, so there is Caltech close by, but it has no hospital attached to it. The San Gabriel Valley is hardly a hotbed of biotechnology.

On the other hand, the Raiders are thinking of building a stadium out that way, so maybe management are fans of the Silver & Black.
