Nonsense. The dilution here never ends. They always max out a/s. They will never stop diluting and haven't in 6 years. After 2 1 for 1000 r/s anyone with common sense knows they always dump shares. Just now after 2nd r/s few are stupid enough to buy them. Let's add in another lying pr about another acquisition that never happen. The false pr's too many to count now over the years.
