The long and the short of this play is that nobody really knows exactly what is happening. All we can do is hurry up and wait!
I agree it does not appear like a merger is on the horizon, but that does not mean that KLEAN and ASUV have no relationship at all... or that ASUV is utterly dead in the water.
Mann is inscrutable, insofar as he has kept his cards hidden, but that does not make him a crook. The fact that his stock was worth vastly more money a few weeks ago and he apparently did not sell is very intriguing, and I still believe the timing of events here points to some synchronicity between these two entities.
There is obviously money on the table and someone with a higher pay scale than mine is betting on things improving.
