He said in February there would be more information forthcoming, has that happened? His update will be an anemic "we're exploring new options, in new markets" and will contain nothing of substance whatsoever because there is NOTHING THERE. Whatever was there before walked with Lawrence and Robert. They kept Lawrence on after Richard was removed for a reason, he was an STS employee, but apparently they trusted or NEEDED him enough to keep him on after what happened. At least I could get a hold of Robert and ask questions, now we have heard nothing of substance for basically 8 months, and he expects that line to fly? It is an embarrassment and it is obvious he wasn't involved in the daily operations of the company. If he was an active CEO the fall off from the two managers leaving wouldn't be this bad since they weren't doing a ton of business anyway. His team left for a reason, nothing is happening for a reason, and Sym left for his own venture in NEWS MEDIA for a reason: Sym can't run Evermedia, and after he took most of the settlement money for himself, everyone knows it.

let's talk about that for a minute. Does anyone remember the fact that most of the settlement money went to Sym? After they settled for about half of what was taken, meaning Richard kept it? Supposedly, they secured a confession and apology, but did we the SHAREHOLDERS ever see it? No, of course not. Sym has treated this as his own private company for the last few years, and has totally disregarded and ignored us as he lined his own pockets and did the bare minimum to keep the doors open and himself paid. Once his team caught on to what he was doing, they left. It was so obvious what he was doing after the settlement money got distributed and he took most of it for himself over building the business. If he believed in this company, he would have reinvested that money, increased operations, and paid himself back over time. Instead, he took 100k+ and shut down operations, taking a new job for himself.

IT IS SO OBVIOUS PEOPLE. No wonder he is the only one left there.
