How did your instinct work out with GEAR - and SMAA is in much worse shape that GEAR and GEAR is a disaster.
SMAA is insolvent - they don't have any assets and over $1 million in Judgements against them.
Jenning promised to provide weekly updates on May 31st to shareholders and that wasn't true.
The problem with a business plan is there isn't a pathway for execution of the business plan - they don't have any capital and don't have a way raising capital.
