Reversible antiplatelet activity would be great product. We routinely postpone procedures due to aspirin and plavix use sometimes for up to 10 days. Heparin is cheap and easily reversible with protamine. Lovenox is rarely used inside a hospital due to its expense on the formulary. This sounds more like a marketing tool than a practical product.
