Thats true so tell me what you think will/is happening?
They owe Scott more than the asset value of nemegosenda.
If they want Scott to leave they need to pay him with no money to do it.

If they try to say the debt isnt valid they need to go to court and pay lawyers with no cash as well as stop any forward movement of the asset so the value doesnt change after court starts.

If it is valid debt and they cant pay it, the creditor (scott) can petition the courts and seize the asset for debt. IE bankruptcy.

They are screwed no matter which way it goes.
Even not counting shares Scott has control through leverage.
The only way to remove Scott is to offer him a better deal than he gets by staying.
Which requires well over $500k and the purchase of up to 400m shares at above market value (depending on who you believe)

These are just a couple of views. I would like to hear your solution to removing scott without spending a fortune.
