Seems pretty logical to me....and that was before many of the deals we are talking about today.

I think they valued all the shares at 2.20 including those for North west and Nord Oil. The share structure gave them more shares with total OS now of a little over 600 million. 600 x 220 = 1.25 billion value number they came up with.
I have not seen exactly how they came up with the 1.25 billion number, I guess based on there reserves. Thats my take. GLTA
