Well the single most important person in the company doesn't even have a seat on the board. How much sense does that make? He is carrying the company on his back. I do think he has more than earned his seat on the board.

Agreed; Fowler is the LAST person I want as CEO. He is the interface to the doctor-buyers and developers.

Wholeheartedly agree. Fowler named as CEO would be the final nail in the coffin! It could never happen... could it?
