So in a nutshell Dan has said exactly what I am saying.
Talking to him is useless because he CANT explain.
In order for him to explain he has to give inside info. WHICH HE WONT DO.

So EVERYTHING stated here is assumption EXCEPT history.

And history shows very clearly that Scott Keevil is not capable of speaking the truth or doing anything he says.
Dans emails to me indicated that putting money into the company is useless when it will just be taken by scott.
If Dan believes Scott is a thief he has an obligation to remove Scott immediately.

The argument that Scott has info and wont be removed until that info is shared only says Scott can keep his job as long as Dan is kept in the dark.
The argument that Scott knows anything that could hinder the company without him is ridiculous.
I could understand it if the company had done more than drill a dozen holes in 10 years but they haven't.
There is no deep dark information that Scott has that would stop forward movement.
Dan can remove Scott today with no repercussions at all if he has the power.
So either he doesn't have the power or he doesn't think it is a good idea.
Either way it is bad for shareholders that Scott has ANY control at all.
