let's digest this bs, levin leaves gcei for personal reasons. "invents"
this great novel idea and calls it the ecoappcompany that already says
they "specialize" in something. he then "sells" his great new company to
bs pos shell he just left that he, in the past, said they were leaders
in the waste to fuels business, knowing all about their financial condition
no cash, no revenues, no assets, just a ton of liabilities!!!
really? If it had any merit he wouldn't have gone back to gcei!!!
WHAT A TOTAL SCAM!! NOTHING MAKES SENSE! ALL HE COULD HAVE GOTTEN WAS A BUNCH OF SHARES.
I'm betting that there's going to be a reverse merger and a stock split
in the near future.

People here have been very slow to come to this realization and I'm not sure why. Several of us saw it right away but maybe it required some technical understanding such as yours to explain the ramifications of this acquisition. Hopefully the concept will become much clearer with an explanation in the upcoming press release. As ky said, keep up the good work! GCEI
