How is that different from selling everything all at once, instead of piecemeal.

Fair enough. One could argue that is a short term exit strategy rather than a profit maximization approach (per Jess' notes) which would require a longer term. I used to be in the short term camp, but am making the transition to the 1-2 yr camp. Jess can rightly tell me he "told me so."
