how does the R3 exit result in 1 13MM block? also shows up like a buy not sell order.

It would be a pre-arranged trade, so how do you say it is a "buy" vs a "sell"? Actually, that is a meaningless concept in such trades. They agreed to buy/sell at the closing price price (I assume that is what you are talking about).
