Using that same "logic" - then how can one claim that "Merck is on board" supposedly?????? LOL !!!
There is NOTHING in that document that says ANYTHING about who or what company is supposedly "on board" or whatever with PPHM????????? It's a general purpose document describing the rules to apply for this grant money that PPHM forked over, what exclusion criteria there are, what "might" be areas of interest for "possible" proposals and "possible" maybe studies, etc. NOTHING ELSE IS SAID in that document.
Volgoat correctly points out- that it's PPHM THAT PUT UP THE FREAKING MONEY, the $2 MILLION large- and it's not even clear or confirmed that ANY company has gotten "on board" with a valid, let alone an accepted proposal- let alone started any freaking trial(s). WHICH, will be micro-sized phase I's anyways.
YEARS for this to mean anything or amount to anything- IF it ever amounts to anything anyways.
