cheynew, if you ask such question you might want to be more specific. A Total Buy-out, an Oncology Buy-out and Avid Buy-Out, only Bavituximab or with BetaBodies, patents, pipelines...

Actually the master in these kind of things was RRDog and there was another poster that also made quite good estimates.
