That is exactly what I know.
I'll say something...
An individuals character is never truly revealed when all is going well, but only surfaces and reveals itself during the flip when all is going to hell.
Most all will not know Steve Kings true character till hell turns all well.

I always felt we were protected by our big shot investors .It looks like they disappeared. What worries me our customer base and new customers for Avid will look at our net worth and make arrangements elsewhere. I believe the only choice is to sell out in-order to survive or the board can buyback the stock and sell Avid later at a profit. Legal ?
