north40K, I don't remember that but that PPHM annual meeting is 2 years ago. Possibly I was less attentive because I remember I was quite disappointed as to the amount of valuable and workable new information: none! And a training to make shareholders an FDA consultant is nice but was rather unexpected :)

I appreciate the effort of the presentations but I always attend such things with a certain expectation to get something, something new or something that can be derived with good certainty. But there wasn't anything on that annual as far as I remember. (That is IMO of course).

That being said I assume that if you can electronic files your patents from home that the FDA accepts some form of electronic filing too. Certainly the technical documents (which is the underlying bulk on which the BLA is based).
