If someone places a buy order for PAIM at Scottrade, they show a pink box that says:
"CR1: Buys are not allowed for this security. Please call your local branch to place the order."

I just tried to change my order. No dice. I still have to call. What is the problem with these guys anyway. I give it to them everytime I call but it does nothing as usual.
