The last amendment is a month old. It seems the SEC has new demands.

If anyone from the SEC happens to read this, I have a message for you. GFY. You have screwed me before by setting up VIE agreements that have no legal basis in China whatsoever (not with FABU, but another company). This is not the right time to give LibSyn a hard time.
