Cause, does one think ole "Dr." Garnick had the FAILED Sunrise/Sunset ole PHASE III trial figured in yr 2014 for that supposed brilliantly timed, fantastic, wonderful supposed "submission" of 500K pages of paper ??????
Colossal waste is on the light side to me. Monumental-colossal-total waste IMO, if true. Might as well have lit $10 million, maybe $20 million or more on fire (along with the 500K pages of paper for kindling) in a pit in the ground and had a company Luau, complete with roasting a pig.
"Sunrise", never even saw the crack of dawn. More like "sunset" for Bavi- just another PPHM money pit up in smoke looks like to me. Oh, but of course, it's now the ole "I/O" or "O/I" or "Brekkan effect" or "AZN" or "BLA" or "NDA" or whatever that's gonna save the day- after another 5 yrs and maybe a few $100 million more in smoked capital down the tubes.
What is it at this point- like 30 plus years or so (Peregrine was founded in June 3, 1981 under its former name Techniclone International Corporation, a California corporation) and about a cool half a $BILLION in smoked up capital- all for a $98 mil market cap, a couple of reverse splits, a wash list of failed trials, something like 90% plus losses to the common shares, not so much as ONE CENT of ROI ever produced, and no closer today to an FDA approved marketable product than in say yr 1990 or whatever, LOL !!
