PStumper ... thanks for keeping it real. IMO, this is one pink sheet that might crawl out of the mud and survive, but nevertheless the board needs to be reminded of facts here and there. Bottom line is that the technology seems sound, which in and of itself is a rarity for pink sheets, but now off to the real issues -- selling, managing debt, back support, cash flow, booking revenue, the other 80% of running a viable entity.

It is important to take a longer term and pragmatic view of IMSC.

Margins will improve as additional orders and additional contracts are awarded and shipped.

Increased volume will support economies of scale and increased efficiency within the supply chain. This will help to improve margin. And, I also believe the TSA pricing was necessary to win the bid, which helped them scale operations. So, in the end, a very smart business decision.

But, back to my broader point, look how far IMSC has come and let that guide you on where they will go. Take the long term and pragmatic view.

And, before anyone says that "long-term" does not exist. Please remember that people have been saying the company is going away for years and years. And, here it is, at the strongest point in its history. So, I say look at the facts and ignore the hype.

They have achieved almost all of the key objectives along their strategic path. I believe they will find ways to continue to meet their objectives. This includes addressing the debt as well as improving margins. Lets not forget that they will also be introducing an updated handheld.. and later, a brand new handheld. It's not only their current technology, but their future technology that is going to help drive us into agreeable and sustainable profitability.
