IMO Leo already OWNS enough shares. His adding more shares would only draw attention that he is doing so in an attempt to lure people to be buyers for a setup PUMP and DUMP. That would be TOTALLY UNTRUE but posters I've seen would here would STRONGLY ADVOCATE that that was his intent. In time the SCIENCE will prevail here not posts.

If Leo were to buy shares someone would spin it into something negative. It would probably hurt the share price. Leo is doing exactly what he is suppose to be doing. He will be rewarded just like all the other investors as the science moves forward.
