It actually rebounded to 8. How did the little alz company become the foil for ctix? People like to compare for some reason.

"it will still come down to successful drugs proven by well designed trials more so than where the shares can be bought or sold doesn't it?"

In the long run I'm pretty sure that's how it works, but I've suddenly become wary of your question marks for some reason :o)

It was hours ago, but I think one of my primary justifications for getting off the dime on an listing was the benefit gained by reducing the number of shares issued in order to raise an equal amount of funds from sales to Aspire. That by itself is a worthy reason. Obviously it assumes that with a listing you get a share price bump.
But frankly the value of a listing is as much cosmetic and credibility related...and whatever flows from that...as any hard benefit. People and institutions get the impression that the company isn't just a two man operation that is beyond any influence. They think that independent directors are more than just somebody's buddies. And they know that, in order to maintain that listing, the officers and directors of the company have filed whatever information the security laws require. We've heard the phrase "de-risked my investment", based on Brilacidin IIRC, but a measure of PERCEIVED de-risking comes from listing on an exchange as well.

Of course one can always wait...it's one of my favorite things to do.
