Thanks LR for making valid points that were missed.

Obviously it is an argument that cannot resolve anything and some will keep on defending Leo and will not accept his screw up such as - incomplete preparation, not meeting prerequisites ...

Also all this debate means nothing as Leo has absolute power to make the decision and he does not have a valid board who can advice him on pluses and minuses (Menon is practically out of picture for last 6-9 months)

So for investor like me (been here for 3+ years - kind of wasted) who still think that Leo runs the company like a mom-pop shop has the choice to depend on luck to get the price pop to reach a level so the losses are reduced or make some basic profit and move out of stock.
