Fixed assets are tangible value, not replacement value, or the value someone else would have to pay to acquire them!
The Chicago Charging Network cost was $8.8M to install, so that is where that comes from! Anyone trying to get the same coverage today would cost that amount (or more). And JNSH, in an acquisition, could be expected to get a premium because the acquirer would get an *instant* network!
