Next BMY trial will be monotherapy, very similar to this MRK trial except with potentially broader PD-L1 cutoff. Combo trials won't come until 2017-2018 and big question is whether CTLA-4 combo for BMY and AZN will be better than chemo combo for MRK and ROG.
