wel, technically, unless it rallies above the previous high,it remains in a resistance topping zone at the moment. and it risks another pullback downwave, which elliott wave would call the wave C. I dont know if that will happen soon. or at all, or if it would happen some other time.
I personally would never buy at this price topping area. but I would buy some around 7 or 8 dollars if it falls there later in the year.
