Do you have proof that MCIG, in fact, has been registered/licensed? Need evidence from a state entity - not from a forum member.

Yes, grow, production, dispensary, and labs have "license" but it is up to those same entities to choose "agents" and "associates". And yes the state registers those "agents" under the MJ "license".
