Same thing. When you own stock, you own a fraction, however tiny, of the company.

Not sure why this fractional stuff is even discussed.

In the right hand column of the table describing the classes of interest holders it says repeatedly that "All old equity membership/interests shall be extinguished and receive no distribution or value".

All being the operative word.
