AVID is and was meant to be the in house mfg of Bavi for commercial sales and research.

AVID by bad luck has excess capacity which is being used for some expense reductions.

AVID as far as making PPHM successful and a good stock purchase

by the time they get sales to $250MM at Avid we will have a lot more than 250MM in outstanding shares. unless you've already accounted for r/s and they ran up to 250MM shares again.
