I want you to consider how lopsided this desire is. You want 100+% profit but cannot simply type "http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DNAX/news"; to do the appropriate DD to learn what is happening in your company.

You want Adrian to spend company resources creating and distributing such a newsletter, instead of spending those resources on actually growing the business.

Further, realize that such a newsletter is automatically a communication format (because it has limited distribution, instead of public distribution) for which Adrian is exposed to possible acquisitions of passing insider information every single time the newsletter is sent out.

Company resources would be much better spent hiring an independent investor relations firm to completely isolate investor communications from DNA management. This protects everyone from any possible appearance of illegal insider trading activity. People who are too lazy to perform ongoing DD of their company do not deserve the huge profits that are possible.
