If it's a legitimate company with real revenues, real contracts, etc and they don't immediately start diluting, it can bottom, bounce and even run.

With this, I'd be very very cautious. I see it plummeting with very little, if any, bouncing. It's become quite apparent the CEO uses this as his personal ATM machine. Great for him. Terrible for his shareholders.
