Of course, there would be no discussion if the company was providing required disclosure.

Since they have a obligation to disclose, and they have the ability to disclose, and they refuse to disclose, IT CAN ONLY BE CONCLUDED BY RATIONAL PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING FROM THE SHAREHOLDERS and doing so against the law designed to prevent just that.
