Agreed. Those strong hands also probably want something / anything that they can hang their hat on. Maybe SUNRISE assessment provides that "hat rack", otherwise it will be a while since none of the I/O combo studies have even been finalized as of today.

* NCCN proposals are due late June (June 23?) - a month to review and select? That would suggest a August start at the earliest.

* AZN won't start until SUNRISE update IMO
