nothing happens until 25 mil russell shares get "transferred"...

seems like we're back under the control of master cylinder...

the update pr was just a cover to move 15 mil shares and placate the sheep so options could be issued...

we're being played by a fiddle.... let's just hope the tune is good for shareholders...
