Perhaps you should contact the lawyer, give him a brief synopsis of where BRWC stands, and ask his opinion of the company?

It sounds like you are worried. And, BRWC might have been OK for your standards but for the majority, it has been down the drains.

I know what you are going to say. Why am I here if I sold my position. I sold all but kept 50K shares so that I am on record a shareholder when the shareholders win the lawsuit against Francine. Check it out may be majority of the 1,004 shareholders (not sure where you got that number from) are here waiting for a lawsuit so that they can recoup their money.

And now I will join Linda to get the CEO tossed from her useless position. James your expectations of the CEO is very low.

BRWC CEO is a H20 Gold digger digging from the shareholders, which is a crime.
