WM was and is still a pump-and-dump scheme.
@jeep...You are obviously tired of my posts of repeatedly informing you about cheating, deceiving, criminal and thief attitude of WM's 3 thieves; Paul G., Chris Z. and whosoever that Patrick Smyth is (it's believed that he has fled the company because he got his share of the loot!). Anyway let's assume that whatever happened till now is water under the bridge, let's assume now that millions of dollars that WM's investors lost is water under the bridge.
So my question to WM's investors is what's next? Are you just continue to sit there and wait for a relevant update (sales, revenue, net-income, 10-K, 10-Q reporting) from this company? You are completely at the mercy of these thieves and will you continue to just sit there and blame yourself for not doing your own due diligence? Do you continue to blame yourself for your losses? Do you continue to suffer losses?
What actions will you take against these thieves so as to either force them to report relevant updates (sales, revenue, net-income, 10-K, 10-Q reporting) from this company? or so as to recover your losses? Let's discuss WM's investors' actions to be taken next. Do you know that there are "companies / third party agencies / contractors" who specialize in recovering debts / investors' losses in that part of world. Are you aware of any such "companies / third party agencies / contractors" who specialize in recovering debts / investors' losses in that part of world?
