Haha...I guess you have no idea who you are talking too. When it comes to these OTC stocks and technicals there is none better than Georgie. Best in the OTC for sure and IMO probably the best on the planet. Take a step back there is so much to learn from him.

You stated this correct...then please tell me based on this ZONX chart how ZONX is a buy signal from 018 and goes all the way down to 0013 and is not oversold ...it NEVER went under 30 but dropped from 018 to 0013 and it never got above the 33 range...
It was clearly not a buy at 018 or 007 or 0049 but based on what you stated and what you read at 018 with the RSI being above 30 RSI...ZONX was a buy signal...
Now if I bought ZONX at 018 because you said it was a buy signal because the RSI was above 30...well I would be pretty pissed off at your ass....as a matter a fact I would be pissed at your ass at 007 and 0049...
RSI 30 or above is not a definitive buy signal and I don't care what any book says..there are many other parameters that come into play...
If you like I can post 50 other charts that will negate that scenario...just because a book says something and nobody disputes it does not make it fact...if that were the case there would be NO new options in life...
