They don't seem to be worried about money to launch the product,not sure if retail monster agreed to cover some of the start up cost to get in stores, but they are not concerned it seems with where money sis coming from. All I know is after the first retail deal this will be a few dollars per share at minimum.

There was no new positive news. It was a rehash with the added bonus of: 1) Berman doesn't control the settlement and 2) the settlement won't be used to fund sales.

As for your sales/product commentary, Instacare/DECN history suggests that won't happen.
